NASAR Introduction to Search and Rescue (ISAR) Course – November 29-December 11, 2022

Costs: 
- Course fee is covered for Johnson County responders.  All others will have a NASAR fee of $30/attendee.  Contact the Department of Emergency Management for details.
- The NASAR Introduction to Search and Rescue is the textbook for this course.  The Department of Emergency Management will have a limited number of these books available or you may order it from the NASAR Bookstore or from Amazon.

This course can count towards 16 hours of Act 833 certified training and is eligible for CLEST hours.

If you wish to obtain the NASAR SARTech III certification, you may take the exam online at the NASAR SAR Academy.  Please note the SARTech III certification exam will have a separate $30 NASAR fee and the certification is good for 3 years.
