Johnson County Judge Herman Houston has lifted the burn ban, effective at 2:00 pm, October 16, 2022. Residents are urged to use extreme caution in burning as some areas received less rainfall than others. Fire danger is expected to return next week. Please call all controlled burns into dispatch at 479-774-6911. The burn ban may be reinstated at any time.
