Johnson County Judge Herman Houston has lifted the burn ban for Johnson County, effective at 3:00 pm, September 12, 2023. Residents are urged to use extreme caution in burning as some areas received less rainfall than others. Please call all controlled burns into dispatch at 479-774-6911. The burn ban may be reinstated at any time.
