AFTA Applications must be submitted to the Academy no later than January 31. You may submit your application directly to the Fire Academy using the links below or you may come by the Department of Emergency Management office in the basement of the Johnson County Courthouse during normal business hours (8am-4:30pm M-F) if you do not have Internet access or need help with the Application.
